These terms govern your use of Watermark Remover and its text-cleanup workspace.
The service
Watermark Remover provides tools that process text submitted by a user. Current features may change as the service develops. Features described as in development are not active service commitments.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the text you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and process it through the service. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, contains malware, or violates applicable rules.
Appropriate use
Do not interfere with the service, bypass usage limits or access controls, probe its infrastructure, use automated traffic that impairs normal operation, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users.
No detection claim
Text cleanup and rewrite results depend on the text, processing method, and any detector involved. Watermark Remover does not represent that a result will evade, alter, or produce any particular third-party detection outcome.
Pro subscriptions
Pro is a recurring subscription purchased through Stripe. Prices, billing interval, and applicable taxes are presented in Stripe Checkout before purchase. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the Stripe customer portal. Access remains subject to Stripe payment status and the plan details shown at checkout.
Accounts and paid services
A Google account is required for Pro subscriptions. Google sign-in and Stripe payments are subject to their respective terms. We may update plan features, usage limits, and pricing prospectively where permitted by applicable law.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continuing to use the service after an updated date indicates acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law. For questions, contact [email protected].
