These terms govern your use of Watermark Remover and its text-cleanup workspace.
The service
Watermark Remover provides tools that process text submitted by a user. Current features may change as the service develops. Features described as in development are not active service commitments.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the text you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and process it through the service and its stated providers. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, contains malware, exposes credentials, or violates applicable rules.
Appropriate use
Do not interfere with the service, bypass usage limits or access controls, probe its infrastructure, share paid access for automated bulk processing, use automated traffic that impairs normal operation, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may rate-limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users.
No detection claim
Text cleanup and rewrite results depend on the text, processing method, model behavior, and any detector involved. Watermark Remover does not represent that a result will evade, alter, or produce any particular third-party detection outcome. Review every result before using it.
Plan limits
Guest, Free, and Pro plans have daily cleanup, daily character, per-request text-size, burst, concurrency, and fair-use limits. Current defaults are one cleanup and 5,000 characters for Guest, ten cleanups and 50,000 characters for Free, and twenty cleanups and 200,000 characters for Pro per UTC day. Failed or abusive requests may still count toward short-term rate limits.
Pro subscriptions
Pro is a recurring subscription purchased through Stripe. Prices, billing interval, plan limits, and applicable taxes are presented before purchase. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the Stripe customer portal. Access remains subject to Stripe payment status, fair use, and the plan details shown at checkout.
Accounts and paid services
A Google account is required for Pro subscriptions. Google sign-in, OpenAI processing, and Stripe payments are subject to their respective terms. We may update plan features, usage limits, and pricing prospectively where permitted by applicable law.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continuing to use the service after an updated date indicates acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law. For questions, contact [email protected].
